Alice F. Tripodi

Alice F. Tripodi, 85 of Punxsutawney, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Christ the King Manor in DuBois.
Mrs. Tripodi was born April 24, 1931 in Glen Campbell, a daughter of the late Rubin and Hester (Fuller) Ruthstrom.
Alice attended the Assembly of God Church in Punxsutawney. She loved music and being with her family.
She is survived by her son; Jeff Tripodi of Gainesville Fl. , daughters; Judith Hribar and husband Tom of Painesville OH, Veronica Hugill and partner Rodney Rougeux of Clearfield, sisters; Linda Elbel of Chambersburg and Bernice McWilliams of Cambridge OH, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by a brother; William Ruthstrom, three sisters; Mabel Ankney, Virginia Wilkins and Louise Collier.
Friends will be received Saturday, August 27 from Noon to 1pm at the McCabe Funeral Home in Punxsutawney, where a funeral service will be held at 1 pm with Pastor Dave Brady officiating.
Interment is private for family.
