Beatrice M. Wright

Beatrice M. "Bea" Wright, 69 of Knoxdale, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Mrs. Wright was born March 12, 1947 in Plum Creek Twp. Armstrong Co., a daughter of the late William A. Orr and Jane (Coy) Stiffler who survives of Armaugh.
She is survived by her loving husband William "Bob" Wright of Knoxdale.
Mrs. Wright loved animals and riding horses. She also enjoyed sewing and reading but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.
In addition to her husband Bob, she is survived by one son; William "Bill" Wright and wife Jodi of Punxsutawney, two daughters; Connie Gearhart and husband Rod and Mary Walter all of Brookville. Four grandchildren; Amber and Sean Walter, Brandon Cummings, Kissy Wright and one step granddaughter; Teja Hockinson. One great grandchild; EmmyLu Shiock and two step great grandchildren: Bailee Hicks and Maizee Hockinson. Also surviving are four sisters.
Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Wednesday, at the McCabe Funeral Home in Punxsutawney.
A funeral service will be held at 11 am Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Janet Chiplis officiating.
Private interment will be at Center Hill Cemetery, Knoxdale.
