Clinton Arnold Pearce, 70 of Rochester Mills, passed quietly Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Mulberry Square Elder Care & Rehabilitation Center after battling a long time with Parkinson's Disease.
Clinton was born April 25, 1947 in Punxsutawney to the late Harry Pearce and Adaline Pearce of Bradford, who survives.
Clinton was a U.S. Marine Veteran, having served during the Vietnam War from 1966 to 1969. He worked mostly for the Painter's Union, and he also worked off season as a Woodsman. Clinton enjoyed hunting and fishing, the outdoors, and visiting with friends and family. He also attended Rochester Mills Presbyterian Church.
Clint is survived by his wife, Sandy (Pardee) Pearce, three children; Nicole (Darren) Kamertz, Chad (Sue) Pearce, Clinton Pearce Jr. (Darleen), two step-children; Michael (Lauren) Pardee of Rochester Mills, and Jennifer (Geffrey) Caruso of Indiana, fourteen grandchildren, four brothers; Harry Pearce Jr., Raymond Pearce, Ronald Pearce, Allen Pearce, and three sisters; Christine White, Marian White, Beverly Deem.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a brother-in-law; Walter White, and a nephew; "Little Ray".
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at the McCabe Funeral Home in Punxsutawney.
A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 11 am on Monday, June 26, 2017 with Rev. Chris Enoch officiating.
Interment is private for family.
