Doreen A. Schaffer

Doreen A. Schaffer, 58 of Punxsutawney, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018 at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh. Doreen was born August 7, 1959 in Dubois to the late David and Pauline (Jarbeck) Przybrowski. Celebrating 42 years together, she married her husband Dean Schaffer who survives. They were married October 30, 1976. Doreen loved spending time with her beloved grandchildren; Brittany Little, Shayne Little and wife Mary, Nicholas, Morgan and David Paul Brothers. She enjoyed taking them to the beach, going to concerts and just being with them. In addition to her husband Dean, she is survived by two daughters; Michelle Little and husband Shawn and Jennifer Brothers and husband Jared all of Punxsutawney. Two brothers; Michael Przybrowski and wife Tonya of Punxsutawney, Daniel Przybrowski and wife Terri of Sagertown, two sisters; Carol Johnston of Dubois and Elizabeth Geist of Texas. She was preceded in death by an infant son, and one brother; David Przybrowski. Per Mrs. Schaffer request there will be no viewing.
