Edward J. Esposti

Edward J. Esposti, 61 of Mahaffey, passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 at his home.

Mr. Esposti was born on January 4, 1956 in Mahaffey, a son of the late James and Dorothy (Parrish) Esposti.

He married his loving wife of 41 years, Kathy R. (Bennett), on September 11, 1976.

Mr. Esposti worked in the woods his entire life as a logger with Lee Brothers Lumber. He loved hunting and fishing, working in his yard, and being outdoors. He was a loving father, husband, and grandfather, and helped anyone who needed it.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons; Edward J. Esposti Jr. (Jennifer) of Mahaffey, Joseph J. Esposti (Jessica) of Mahaffey, Michael L. Esposti (Danielle) of La Jose, one daughter; Kelly Esposti and fiance Bryan of Mahaffey, six brothers; Bob Esposti (Susan), William Esposti, Richard Esposti (Michelle), James Esposti Jr. (Margaret), David Esposti, Donald Esposti, two sisters; Mary Galczynski (Blair), Laura Spencer (Daniel), three step-brothers; Joe Troupe (Mary Jude), William Troupe (Christine), Robert Hurd (Alicia), one step-sister; Kimberly Philips, his step-mother; Rebecca Esposti, twelve grandchildren, one great-grandchild, along with several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother; Bradley Esposti.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the Waldron Funeral Home in Mahaffey.

A funeral service will be held at the Mahaffey CMA Church on Friday, April 14, 2017 at 11 AM with Pastor Myron Wattenphul officiating.

Interment will follow at Otterbein Cemetery.
