Frances C. "Sis" (Termin) Ruffley

Frances C. “Sis” Ruffley, 74, of Mahaffey passed away on Tuesday July 18, 2023 at her home.

She was born January 8, 1949 to Francis Termin and Zella Pennington and Bud Albert in Punxsutawney.

Sis was a nurse’s aid for numerous nursing homes and also cared for homebound individuals before her retirement. She enjoyed arranging flowers, puzzles, books and making arts and crafts. Most of all she loved her family and spending time with her granddaughter Kayla.

She is survived by her husband Francis P. “Ruffles” Ruffley of Mahaffey, a son David A. Fuller of Marion Center, a daughter Gretta J. Mitory and husband Joseph of Cherry Tree, a granddaughter Kayla Mitory and fiancé Christopher Walker of Patton, a sister Nancy Stewart of Reynoldsville and several nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Samuel Termin.

Services will be private.

Interment will take place at LaJose Cemetery.
