James E. Boggs

James E. Boggs, 81, of Rossiter, passed away on Tuesday November, 1, 2022.

He was born March 21, 1941 to Delbert and Lula (Morris) Boggs in Pinch, West Virginia.

Jim retired from S.W. Jack Drilling as a derrick hand. He worked his entire life in the drilling industry.

Jim enjoyed wood working, making bird houses and giving them to his friends and family. He could fix anything and make it work.

He is survived by his daughter Lisa Anderson and husband Ron, Buckhannon, WV, three step-daughters, Angela Hinchman, Pamela Bassett, Kimberly Sothen, a step-son Johnny Smith, a granddaughter Autumn Loudin and husband Nate, and two great-granddaughters, Madison and Lillian and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers and sisters.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Hampton Cemetery in Buckhannon, WV.
