Leona Mae "Teen" (Ruth) Tustin

Leona Mae “Teen” Tustin, 81, of Punxsutawney, passed away on Friday May 26, 2023 at Penn Highlands Jefferson Manor in Brookville.

She was born August 4, 1941 to Willis and Hilda (Hopkins) Ruth in Cloe.

Teen was a member of the Cloe United Methodist Church for over 35 years. She took care of a lot of children. Her nieces, nephews, and also the neighborhood children. Teen enjoyed singing, reading her Bible, wordsearch books, and adult coloring books. She loved the time she would spend with her family.

She is survived by four sisters, Mildred Adcock, Brockway, Carol Miller, Cloe, Linda Ruth, Brookville, Nancy Kanoff, Cloe., several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by in death by her parents, her husband Ralph Tustin, two brothers, Ken and William Ruth, and a sister Margaret Haag.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 12:00 PM until the time of service at 2:00 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home Inc., 114 Maple Ave., Punxsutawney, PA 15767 with Rev. Chuck Prevot officiating.

Interment will take place at Pearce Cemetery, Rossiter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cloe United Methodist Church, 247 Cloe Church St., Punxsutawney, PA 15767.
