Linda L. (Smith) Nelson

Linda L. Nelson, 76, of Clearfield passed away on Friday December 9, 2022 at Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation.

She was born January 25, 1946 to James and Cora (Howe) Smith in Philipsburg.

Linda enjoyed being a homemaker and raising her family, playing cross word puzzles and word searches. She loved her animals, her friends and her relatives.

She is survived by three sons and a daughter; Michael Peoples and wife Mary, Coalport, James Peoples and wife Sue, Hyde, Diana Nelson-Winchell and husband Kirk, Manchester, CT, William Nelson Jr., eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two sisters; Ruth Ann Davich and husband Mike, Vinton, VA and Shirley Lefebure, Vinton, VA and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until the time of services at 1:00 PM at the Waldron Funeral Home, 831 Market Street, Mahaffey, PA 15757.

Interment will follow at Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
