Mary F. Bellomo

Mary F. Bellomo, 69, of Reynoldsville, entered into rest Monday, December 25, 2023 at Penn Highlands, DuBois Hospital.

She was born October 19, 1954 to the late John and Nora Jane (Kromer) Bellomo in Punxsutawney.

Mary was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Reynoldsville. She stayed active in the church throughout her life. She worked at the Adrian Hospital before working and retiring from Sportsware in Punxsutawney as a seamstress. Mary was passionate about cooking, reading, and crocheting. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. Mary appreciated all her aids that helped her in various ways. She made a special connection with Tammy whom she considered like family.

Mary is survived by a sister, Patricia Snyder and husband Dave, Reynoldsville, a brother, R. Joe Bellomo, Punxsutawney, two sisters-in-law Jeannie Allenbaugh, Ridgeway, Lois Allenbaugh, Rochester NY, and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, John, Phillip and Richard Allenbaugh and a sister-in-law Mary Roberta Bellomo.

Friends will be received on Friday from 3-7 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home Inc., A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 11:00 AM at Saint Cosmas and Damian Catholic Church, with MSGR Joseph Riccardo Celebrant.

Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery, Punxsutawney.
