Michelle Hutchinson

Michelle M. Hutchinson, 58, of Punxsutawney, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at the Punxsutawney Area Hospital.

She was born on January 14, 1966 to Roger Mott and Barbara (Kapanowski) Mott-Toven.

Michelle graduated from the Punxsutawney Area High School in 1985. She worked for Cen-Clear as a Certified Peer Specialist and also earned her degree in cosmetology. Michelle adored spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed baking, crafting, watching horror shows and movies. Michelle was a kind, caring person.

She is survived by three children, daughters; Autumn Mottern, Punxsutawney and Ciara Hutchinson, Blairsville, and a son, Dakota Hutchinson, New Florence, three grandchildren; Taylor Maruca, Cloe Barbus, and Caliana Boston, her mother, Barbara Toven, Anita, a sister, Melanie Elkin, (Greg), Punxsutawney, a niece and two nephews; Michael Mott, Jr. and Olivia and Tanner Elkin.

She was preceded in death by her father, and a brother Michael Mott, Sr. 

Friends will be received on Friday from 2:00 PM until the time of service at 4:00 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home, 114 Maple Ave., Punxsutawney, PA 15767.
