Ralph S. Waltman

Ralph S. Waltman, 75, of Punxsutawney, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at McKinley Health Center in Brookville.

He was born January 26, 1948 to the late Ralph S. and Sophie (Shanovich) Waltman in Hubbard, Ohio.

Ralph attended Grace Worship Church. He worked as a driller for Sam Jack Drilling and Fairman Drilling for over 30 before his retirement. Ralph was an avid fan of Elvis Presley and had a large collection of die cast model cars. He loved riding his Harley Davidson, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He survived by his four daughters; Melissa Trugen, DuBois, Charlene Forrest and husband Tim, SC, Renee Buck, Reynoldsville, and Sabrina Waltman, Valier, as well as nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, three brothers; Robert Waltman and wife Doreen, Punxsutawney, John Waltman, Fordham, and George Waltman and wife Mary, Punxsutawney, and a sister Carol Wells and husband Ted, New Bethlehem, and numerous nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Charlene (Eble) Waltman October 15, 2019, a brother David Waltman, and a sister Anna Mae Pearce.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
