Robert Allen McQuown, Sr.

Robert Allen McQuown Sr. 62, of Punxsutawney, passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at his home.

He was born April 27, 1959 to Blair A. and Monajeane (Hoover) McQuown in Punxsutawney.

Bob most recently was a greens keeper at the Punxsutawney Country Club. He formerly was self-employed with Bob’s Tree Removal. He enjoyed hunting, playing the drums, coin collecting, and spending time with his children and great grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, whom he married July 29, 1978, Betty (Frampton) McQuown, Punxsutawney, two sons, Robert A. McQuown, Jr. and wife Heather, Punxsutawney,

Kevin C. McQuown, and wife, Angela, Punxsutawney, six grandchildren, Samantha McQuown, Creekside, Shawn McQuown, Punxsutawney, Briannia McQuown, Punxsutawney, Ashlyn Christian, DuBois, Wyatt McQuown and Camille McQuown, Punxsutawney, three great grandchildren, a brother, Denny McQuown and wife Patricia, Big Run, two sisters, Cindy Smith, NC, and Jackie Dybata, Punxsutawney.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2:00 PM until the time of service at 4:00 PM
