Tobi (Hoffman) Stephens

Tobi (Hoffman) Stephens, 47, of Coolspring died peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

She was born November 23, 1973, to Craig and Patty (Smith) Hoffman in Punxsutawney.

She married the love of her life, Bradley Stephens on Feb. 20, 1993. Tobi worked as the General Manager of Guardian Healthcare Pharmacy for several years and she considered many of her co-workers’ part of her family. She was very proud of the work she did and felt very fortunate to work for such amazing business owners.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Hayden (and wife Jordan) Stephens of Brockway; a daughter Hannah Stephens of Coolspring; a sister Jodi (and husband Todd) Bennett of Brockway; her mother Patty Smith Hoffman, Coolspring, her father, Craig Hoffman and Cindy Fleming, Clarion, grandmother Eleanor Smith of Punxsutawney; four nieces, Madalyn Bennett, Mackenzie Atcheson, Darcie Atcheson, and Claira Stephens; one nephew Clayton Stephen; two great-nieces; and the Stephens family that loved her like she was their own.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Melvin and Esther Hoffman and her maternal grandfather Marlin Smith.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Coolspring Presbyterian Church.
